Casting: looking for passionate TV fans

URGENT CASTING FOR WELL KNOWN TV BRAND - LOOKING FOR PASSIONATE TV FANS

 

SUMMARY

In a series of shot docu-style web films we will see a selection of TV fans and hear of their love for what makes TV so special for them. REAL TV FANS WITH A REAL LOVE OF TV.

 

WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ON TV BEFORE (it is fine if you have been an extra but not if you have been featured in any way!)

 

It is imperative that you have opinions about TV and everything that goes along with it - what programmes you love, what you eat, how you sit etc.  Gogglebox is a good reference for the sort of banter we are looking for.  We are not only looking for you but your friends and family too!!

 

PLEASE SUGGEST ASAP - I WOULD LOVE A PHOTO AND A SHORT 1 MINUTE VIDEO OF YOURSELF AND FAMILY/FRIENDS TALKING ABOUT YOUR FAVOURITE TV PROGRAMME / WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT TV - please send photos and video to iam@iamcastings.com .  If you could also include a couple of sentences about yourself in the email that would be really helpful.  

 

PLEASE GET THESE TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT DEFINITELY BY THE EVENING OF SUNDAY 7TH SEPT 2014 -very latest (please include  a contact number!).  

 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PAY TRAVEL COSTS TO CAST OR FILM IN LONDON SO ONLY SUGGEST YOURSELF IF YOU LIVE NEAR LONDON OR ARE HAPPY TO COVER TRAVEL COSTS YOURSELF.

 

 

ROLES

Although I would love to find a real family I know that this may be hard so I am looking for the following characters: ( if you have any friends or family members that fit the brief please get them to send in videos and photos too.  Even better if they are in the same bit of video footage as you.  The reason we ask this is that it would be good if people already have a closeness or rapport)

 

DAD:     AGE 38-55 YEARS

 

MUM:    AGE 38-55 YEARS

 

DAUGHTER:  19 YEARS

 

SON:        16 YEARS OLD - we cannot film people under 16 years old so please do not suggest if under this age

 

BOYFRIEND OR FRIEND OF DAUGHTER:  19 YEARS OLD

 

FRIEND OF SON:    16 YEARS OLD

 

FAMILY FRIEND MALE OR FEMALE:  38- 55 YEARS OLD

 

CASTING DATE: 

Afternoon or early evening of 11th September or 12th September (possibly also going again on the 15th September but would rather see you on 11th or 12th)

 

SHOOT DATES:  

Wardrobe call 22nd September £40 each. Rehearsal on 23rd September- Shoot date 24th September £167 for each person for each day.  BUYOUT FOR THE FOLLOWING IS £2010 - so total fee for each person is £3245
